Hello and welcome to DeploymentLessons.org!
I began collecting these Lessons Learned about deployment while my husband was in Iraq beginning in 2003.
I was surprised by the humor that the ladies used to describe the things that were happening to them while their husbands were away. Many shared that they were surprised by the things they learned while their husbands were gone.
I hope you find them heart-warming and wanting to share your own Lessons Learned!

A note about the site: I chose this retro theme to give a nod to the women before us (the brave women at home during WWII).
